Entrance Fees
Our new resident’s entrance fee is designed to accommodate various budgets and care plans. In addition, if you or your loved one leaves our community for any reason, you may receive a refund varying from 0 to 70% of your initial investment. Monthly Fees
Our monthly fees vary depending on the size and style of the home you choose. Monthly fees allow you to predict your expenses accurately and cover the costs associated with daily living services, including lawn care, home maintenance, basic cable, trash removal, a 24-hour call system, and much more. Plus, you’ll have access to all the social and recreational activities we offer and elegant community amenities.
